A new highly productive onion hybrid of the long-day type. The plant is vigorous, with a strong root system. Matures in 115 days from sowing. When direct seeded in the open field, produces bulbs within a single crop season. The bulbs are blocky globe shaped, very firm and uniform. The skin is dark bronze and the flesh is white. Excellent skin retention. A very widely adapted hybrid – produces marketable yield even under less than ideal growing and climatic conditions. Adapted for mechanical harvesting. Resistant to Fusarium basal rot (R). Suitable for fresh market, processing and very long storage. Recommended for cultivation by direct seeding in all growing areas of the Ukraine and Moldova. .
